1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using bitusecode.com ("Website", "Service", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

2. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of bitusecode and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Germany and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of bitusecode.

You retain all rights to any code you generate using our AI tools. However, by using our Service, you grant us a limited license to analyze your code for the purpose of improving our AI models and providing you with better suggestions. This license is revocable by contacting us.

3. User Representations

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that: (1) you have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Terms; (2) you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside; (3) you will not access the Service through automated or non-human means; (4) you will not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; (5) your use of the Service will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Service for any purpose other than that for which we make the Service available. The Service may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us. Prohibited activities include:

• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any AI models
• Using the Service to generate malicious code, malware, or harmful content
• Circumventing any rate limits or access restrictions
• Sharing your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Uploading sensitive personal data without proper consent

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall bitusecode be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising out of or related to these Terms shall be filed exclusively in the courts located in Hamburg, Germany.
